Please note that we will not be able to process your order after this period.
• If you need to return/exchange/goods, please do so within seven days [counting from the next day after receipt of the goods to seven days], the goods must be kept new and unopened/not used under water [including plastic sealing film, sealing stickers].
• Reminder! The following conditions will not be able to process your return, please pay attention to avoid affecting your rights and interests.
• -More than 7 days to appreciate the period of time-unpacked, used, and water-inserted goods.

• Refund process 1. Private message us to provide: name, phone, order number, product photos and videos, we must first “confirm the current condition of the goods” 2. To confirm the status of the goods, we will help you to deal with the subsequent return and replacement matters
   
• Refunds will be issued on the next Tuesday after receipt of the merchandise (or the following week if you wish to observe a national holiday), and no further notice will be given after the refund has been issued!
   
• If you apply for a partial return/refund, you will not be able to enjoy the original promotional offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over 1,000, free gifts for orders over 1,000, promotional combinations, etc.) if the refunded order does not qualify for the original promotional offer.
