Because our perfumes are personal and hygienic products, all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges except under the following conditions:

• The item was damaged during delivery;

• The product received is incorrect or not as described;

• The item arrived unsealed, leaking, or defective.

 

If any of these apply, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
To support your claim, kindly provide photo or unboxing video evidence showing the issue clearly.
All items must remain in original and unused condition for verification.

 

Afourj reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet these terms.
