We aim to ensure each order reaches you safely and promptly within Malaysia.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within Malaysia only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location (West or East Malaysia).
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
(Free shipping promotions may be introduced from time to time.)

Packaging & Delivery Responsibility

Each parcel is securely packed to ensure safe delivery.
Once the parcel has been handed over to our courier partner, Afourj is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
We encourage customers to record an unboxing video as proof should any issue arise upon receiving the parcel.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our perfumes, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped.
If you receive the wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and our team will assist you accordingly.
